Ortodocera is a digital orthodontic design service for dentists, operated by Cihan Aydoğan, DDS, PhD. Cihan Aydoğan is the data controller for your personal data.

- No cookies, analytics or advertising tools are used. No data is collected from visitors through forms.
- Fonts are served from this site itself; no requests are sent to third-party services.
- The site is published on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages to you, technical connection data such as your IP address and browser details are processed by the hosting provider. We do not keep these logs.
- Your language preference is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us.
- If you e-mail us, your name, e-mail address and message are used only to reply to you and handle your request.
Clinician portal (portal.ortodocera.com)
The portal is open only to invited dentists. When an account is opened and while the service is provided, the following data are processed:
- Identity and contact: name, title, e-mail, telephone, clinic name.
- Billing: billing name and address, tax office and tax or national ID number.
- Payment: payment amounts, payment notices and bank transfer references.
- Security: login times, IP address, failed login attempts, approval and revision records, records of contract acceptance.
These data are processed to conclude and perform the service agreement, to meet legal obligations (invoices, receipts, accounting), to keep the portal secure and to protect rights in case of a dispute. Details are in the Privacy Notice for Clinicians.
The portal is hosted at Radore Veri Merkezi Hizmetleri A.Ş.'s data centre in İstanbul. Notification e-mails are sent from servers in Türkiye.
Patient data
Case records uploaded by dentists do not require the patient's name, contact or identity details. They are processed on the dentist's behalf solely for the design service and are deleted from the portal 90 days after delivery. The terms are set out in the Data Processing Agreement concluded with the dentist.
Payment security
- Payment can be made by bank transfer.
- For card payments, card details are entered on the secure payment page of iyzico, a licensed payment institution, and verified with 3D Secure. The card number, expiry date and security code never reach us, are not seen by us and are not stored by us.
- Only the data needed for the payment are passed to iyzico: name, e-mail, billing address, tax or national ID number, IP address, amount and order number. No clinical information appears in the payment description.
Disclosure
Your personal data are never sold or shared for advertising. They are disclosed only as the service requires to hosting, e-mail and payment service providers; to our accountant for legal obligations; and to competent authorities on request.
Retention
Data are kept while your account is open and afterwards for the periods required by tax and accounting law and for as long as needed to protect legal rights; they are then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 you may ask whether your data are processed, request information, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, learn to whom they were disclosed and object. Please write to [email protected]. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
Changes
When this policy is updated, the new text is published on this page with its date.
